All the great features of TRUGLO's TFX® Pro front sight, minus the Fiber Optic element are in this front sight.
While a Fiber Optic element can be a legitimate enhancement, it could be argued that it's redundant to the Blaze-Orange or Bright-White "Big Dot" feature that's part of this front sight's design, making this a simpler, less expensive approach to the same fast sight acquisition in all nine lighting environments.
By eliminating the Fiber Optic element, you get a smaller design and an even longer sight radius.
Lastly, the durability of this sight is unmatched in the industry. The Swiss Tritium Illuminating element is encased inside a virtually indestructible, chemical and shock resistant, capsule and the sight body is CNC milled out of 4140 hardened steel, that's sealed with a protective nitrite coating to prevent corrosion.
